J'lah & Hanson

J’lah and Hanson first crossed paths during their sophomore year of Highschool while waiting for the bus to take them home.

Initially, J’lah was too shy to speak with Hanson. However, after exchanging numbers, a first date, and Hanson’s corny jokes, it was only a few weeks until they solidified their young love and began dating June 9th of 2013.

They dated for several years but parted ways after sophomore year of college. After some time, a cheeky snapchat message from Hanson sparked a reconnection. Their love quickly rekindled, and after a Valentine’s Day trip to Austin Texas, their whirlwind romance began again.

3 years later, Hanson and Jlah have moved in together, taken numerous trips throughout the US and welcomed their very sweet baby girl, Milia Jhene. On their baby girl’s first birthday Hanson popped the question – J’lah said yes!

Now, after nearly 10 years from where their story began, they’re very much looking forward to starting this new chapter together and can’t wait to celebrate with all of their favorite people!
